So with all these features how does it cost??
Our Billing/OSS can be purchased as an ASP service for a small Setup fee and Monthly reoccurring fee based on the number of users and the switch type. For larger carriers we offer a Standalone platform that can be priced based on per CDR, Revenue Sharing or Per Subscriber.

How do I upload my CDRs?
When an account is created we will automatically create a Repository FTP location, you can then upload you CDRs to this location
How often are CDRs processed?
Our Streaming and Rating applications are running continuously in a round robin, so on the next cycle check your Repository we will process.
What CDRs type do you currently support?
Since we have an external layout function for our Streaming/Mediation application, it is very easy for us support any type of CDR, currently we support the following: Asterisk, GenBand G6 (Formerly Tekelec T6000 and VocalData), BroadSoft
Are professional services available?
The system has been designed to be easy to use with several Templates to get you going. However if you have some custom configurations and/or need help, we are more than happy to do so.
Do you support tax tables and generate tax reports?
Yes. We can process CDRs and other Invoice items via BillSoft Tax Module. Our tax module supports taxes and surcharges for the following: City (Franchise) County, State Federal USF, E911 Create tax reports based on any of the above to remit such payments. Updated on a monthly
Who does the Data belong to in your ASP model?
All data is proprietary to you and/or your company, we do highly recommend that you backup the files on a regular basis. You may also subscribe to our automated backup system for less than $50.00 / Month
Can you export the data?
Yes all of our reports and many elements of your data can be exported to csv files for analysis and/or backup purposes
Can I send customized emails to my customers?
Yes. You can customize the emails and setup triggers to send email to your customers, however, some advertisements will be included in the email body.

Our ASP is hosted and managed in our Data Center based in Huntsville, AL Our Data center is completely redundant with power, generators, multiple HVAC units, Inergen fire suppression and redundant ISP connection.
